BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.

Before you go swapping rear ends check the condition of the rearmost driveshaft u-joint at the diff.

If you have a mechanical locker you cannot disengage the locker but if you have an e-locker there is a button on the side to turn off. Is your truck a TRD off road edition?

On the dash to the left of steering column: RR DIFF LOCK. If on, there should be a red indicator next to the fuel gauge showing a stick diagram of the truck's four wheels with a X between the rear wheels.
