I was leaving for work this morning, filled my truck up with gas and hopped on the freeway. I was doing 75 and my truck started running very rough and lost a lot of power, also my check engine light started flashing and my oil light was on. When I pulled over on the side of the road, my truck immediately stalled when I let off the throttle. I tried to crank it a couple of times and it wouldn't start, let it sit while I checked the oil. Tried to start it and it started but had a tough time. I limped it home and the truck ran very rough and didn't have much power and was knocking. When I arrived home I immediately hooked up my OBD2 sensor and these codes popped up p0012 p0022 p0304 p0306. Would anyone know the cause of this, or how to fix it?

    You have these CEL Codes:
    P0012 Bank 1 Cam Position...
    P0022 Bank 2 Cam Position...
    P0304 Misfire Cyl 4
    P0306 Misfire Cyl 6

And a Low Oil Pressure Light that is on and after you "limped it home" it is knocking.

A rough guess from the indicators in your text says:

You lost oil pressure. Oil pressure is what controls the Cam Timing adjustment which gave you the CEL Codes for both banks Cam Position Faults. The Cam Positions getting out would in fact cause miss fires and that is why you have the miss fire codes on # 4 and # 6 cylinders.

Well the knocking very well would probably be a piston rod getting ready to sling through the block due to the oil starvation.

This is just a guess based on what you stated and I could be entirely wrong. Is the Oil Light still on? You may have done some serious damage by limping it home with no or little oil pressure.

I hope I am wrong. But if I am right I see a new, used or rebuilt engine in your future.

Oil light is off, I'm going to clean the oil control valve tomorrow, and test my coils. We're trouble shooting everything as we go. The oil was pretty old

There is also a filter associated with the oil control valves. Make sure you replace or clean them as well.

Wear can I locate the filter. I was looking and couldn't find it. We have the complete intake off of it.
