More senseless bumpage increases the chance that someone who can answer the question will see the thread though.

Folks bag on Yelp, but I've used it to find shops.

6 inch body lift. 24" spinners w/dual exhaust stacks. The works
I've only done a few things to my exhaust but I've always used Mufflers USA. They have the cheapest price on catalytic converters and overall they are very reasonable with their services. They had a nice spot in Rancho Cordova but they recently moved to some dumpy spot off Fair Oaks and Manzanita Ave - they still do good work though.

Yelp reviews: http://www.yelp.com/biz/mufflers-usa-rancho-cordova (the location posted here is their old address)

Actually this reminds me, I'll want to have a high-clearance crossover pipe fabbed up for my 15 DCLB. Can't believe that POS Toyota designed to hang down and ruin clearance.

Anyone had one of these fabbed up by a good shop in the greater Sacramento/ I-80 corridor area?

Years ago, I had some custom exhaust work done on my rock-crawler at a Meineke shop in Sac on 12th street. They did good work for a reasonable amount. However, that shop is no longer there :(.
