Seat belt stuck

    Cant get seatbelt to pull out. Just locks instantly. You can get it to come out if you go slow (rediculously slow). There any way to service it?

    Tried yanking it. beating on it. and swearing at it, still wont come out. Drives past a cop every morning on my street. He hasnt noticed yet.
