New coil recommendation needed

    I currently have a 2006 Tacoma v6 quad cab long bed and am looking to upgrade my suspension. My goal is 3" max lift all around. I have bilstien 5100s on my last truck and liked them so that is my plan for now. My question now is what pound coil or more specifically what brand/model should I go with? I currently do not have a plate bumper, but it is something I am thinking about doing in the future. Would it be too rough of a ride for a year of running a coil strong enough for a plate bumper? Thanks!
