Finally got a Tacoma

    Well it took a while, but I finally found a truck. 4cyl 4x4 with 235 000 kms, 2001. Pretty plain model no power anything. Runs good so far, had it checked over by toyota and they didn't find anything.

    Any tips from 4cyl owners to keeping it running for as long as possible

    The Bed is stock...ish
    I really dig that truck... As far as keeping it running good, Keep the oil changed and change the air filter every once in a while.... the 3rz is pretty bullet proof. again, Nice truck!

    5100's all around, 2.75 inch lift, polyurethane body mounts, gibson exhaust, variation of the deckplate mod, intake resonators removed 285-75-16 goodyear AT
    Spray the frame inside and out with fluid film.

    Mine was lacking a bit in power, could only use 5th on level ground and had to use 4th to accelerate. Changed the plugs and it feels way more powerful now.
