Why spend the extra coin on an OR to not get any of the features except a locker?

TRD is the only way to get all the tech features. You get push button start and the app suite and bigger head unit with TRD. Also the only way to get the tech package with auto climate control, auto headlights, app integration, heated seats, sunroof is with the TRD models.

If you want those things, you have to go either OR or Sport.

This has got me thinking. Can you take the TRD OR stickers off without damaging the paint? I think it looks tacky.

I'm with you on that, I mean "Toyota racing development"... Really? A Tacoma couldn't win a race against a Prius lmao

Sure. Use a hair dryer to warm it up and start peeling; a little Goo Gone to remove any residual adhesive, wax the area, and you're done.

I used one of these to take the decals off my TRD. It's like a great big eraser that you power with a drill motor. Don't get too aggressive as you'll mark the paint with high speed or high heat.

I went from a 4wd OR to 2wd OR. I started to feel inadequate until I remembered my balls are enormous. ;)

I have the 4x2 OR and proud of it. The trim package had everything I wanted and needed.

Not sure why some 4x4 owners can't comprehend regional needs for 4x2. Probably the same folks that would bash someone for owning a 4x4 and never use if it never traveled on some back roads in the sticks.

I can understand a Prerunner Sport. But the Prerunner OR always seemed a bit of an odd duck. That said.....certainly be proud of what you have brother. We all have different tastes and reasons for the Taco we own.

I'm currently in a rental camry while my car is fixed since I was rear ended.

My car is roughly 240hp, not that much, but its diesel so I'm upwards of 420lbs but still not that fast, hell my old supra was 800hp, my sti was 580 to the wheels. Point is I've been in plenty of fast cars, for daily drivers they are no fun, my jetta is more than enough power for me for daily driving, but holy fuck this camry. Its the 4cyl my god is this thing fuckin slow. I try to over take on the highway and its so pathetic. Has no balls past 80km. I need to test drive the new taco on the highway. Only got to take it on city streets so it wasn't bad. But on freeway speeds I hope it has some balls.
