My parking brake now goes to the floor and is not really working. I have been messing with greasing and using brake cleaner on parts of the rear brakes and might have messed something up. Anyone know how to tighten it up?

ADJUST REAR DRUM BRAKE SHOE CLEARANCE
    (a) Provisionally install the hub nuts.
    (b) Remove the hole plug, and turn the adjuster to
expand the shoe until the drum locks.
    (c) Using a screwdriver, release the adjuster 15
    notches.
    (d) Install the hole plug.

After this adjustment you should also check the cable adjustment which is under the trim ring surrounding your shifter.

When I turn the sprocket with a small screwdriver it pushes the brake pads out. Then I can't get the drum back on because the brakes are pushed out too far. Anyone know how I get the drum back on after I turn the sprocket?

Don't know if you are serious or not, but you do the adjustment with the drum on, not off.

Serious. There is no way I can get to any of this with the drum on. This is the drum off and you can see the sprocket just to the right that I am adjusting

Sorry about that. Never realized I could access it through the back. Will try again tomorrow. Thanks Rock Lobster!
