    Hey everyone,

The guys at the dealership were trying to sell me on a Simoniz coating for the interior and exterior. I of course said no up front to do some research. Anyone have any experience with this stuff?

Dealerships charge too much! You can get it done at a detail shop for $150.

I said no at first but they called me back with a discounted price so I took it. Was very hesitant at first but after doing a little research the stuff seems pretty legit. There are a ton of you tube videos talking about the stuff. I will say the surface is much smoother and water blew right off the truck in the rain this past week. No noticeable difference in the overall look.

Who knows. Time will tell if I got ripped off or not. Lifetime warranty though

Any specific questions you are wondering about?

Agreed to the post above. Not sure if they carry the lifetime warranty though? To me that is what you are really paying for. Saw the stuff on Amazon for $50.
