Has anyone seen this problem before?

Rear blinkers work, front blinkers do not. This is true whether using hazard flasher or turn signal.

Front bulbs are good, and come on with the headlights. Obviously not a fuse, because one fuse serves all four corners.

I don't have access to a wiring diagram. Does this truck's blinker relay somehow control front and rear separately?

If no one has an answer, I may just buy a relay and substitute it. Sounds like it's probably behind the trim panel at the driver's knees.

Well, I decided to pull the blinker relay, but can't find it. Stethoscope says it's attached to the fusebox. Above? Behind? Anyone have experience?

Below ive attached the diagram for the blinkers. You can see they all have a common source, the hazard switch, and a common ground, junction J9 and J10. I would get your multimeter out and check the ground junction first. According to the second .pdf, its within the fuse box. Use your multimeter first to check continuity from the bulb socket before opening up the fuse box.

If the rear flashers are working then its unlikely the turn signal relay, not impossible, just improbable. You should add what engine yours has in your profile, the 3FE and 5VZ sometimes have different wiring.
