Fuse is fine. Swapped bulbs and still no signal. Does not work with key lock/unlock, hazards or turn signal. Any ideas where to go next?

Check for voltage at the bulb socket.

    Socket > wires > Flasher> wires > Switch> wires > IG1 Fuse > Battery

It could also be the flasher that is defective.

If no voltage follow the wires backward until you find the break in the wire.
