    All the time!!!
I've bleached the chrome off of my emblems and am fixing to paint, clear coat, and 3M them on, but I've never seen the black emblems from the factory (TOYOTA) and was wondering are they Flat, Semi, or Gloss Black? And then again the clear coat Flat, Semi, or Gloss Clear Coat what does someone with the factory black emblem think there's are? DSC02873.jpg

I bought a set of these. Believe it or not they are actually metallic black, the flakes are so fine it's hard to tell in pictures. And yes they are gloss

That's sounds like the metallic black paint that is used on RC's I know I've got a couple of cans of it. Thanks! well now I'll get the paint and finish this little project up!

Save the headache and buy plastidip, check out the vids on youtube. Very easy application!

092715130513.JPG2222.jpg That's what was on mine, so I'm fixing it to last (permanently), to me plastidip is to see if that's the way you want it, mine was on for four months and had some loose spots. So I'm doing it right and I'll be done with it, then no worry about high pressure washers or anything else. Thanks!
