Does anyone know if the factory set listed on eBay will fit models with fender flairs? The seller doesn't know

If everything goes to plan we'll have the Weathertech mudflaps available real soon.

Here's my estimate give or take a few days:
    • 120055 12/11/2015 rear with flares version.
    • 110055 12/18/2015 front with flares version.
    • 120056 01/08/2016 rear without flares version.
    • 110056 01/15/2016 front without flares version.
I might have 120055 samples today, 110055 is getting close too. I'll start a new thread with pics once I have them.

    Thanks,
    WTequipped

Great info, and thanks! I left them an email a week ago about the "no-flare" set. Looks like we're happening. I'll be ordering as soon as they are available.

Will they be hard molded or floppy/flexible flaps? I've found the hard molded flaps do not hold up off road so they would not be an option for me.

They will be made out of our regular molded polypropylene material. They're not brittle at all and can be bent in half, but I'd agree if you're constantly scraping/hitting them a more floppy mudflap would suit you better.

Yep 9x15, and yep just utilized stock bolts, may add an additional bolt to the front but they are pretty solid, I used antiseize on the heads of bolts (transfers easily, and wipes off easy), lined up flaps like I wanted and pushed it against head of bolts, it transferred onto the flap and I drilled in the middle, then just got the other side of the flap and used the one with the holes as a template, so both sides would fit alike, it was very easy to do and am very happy with the outcome
Here are a few pictures of you would like some from a different angle let me know.image.jpg

Dude!!! thank you for posting they look great and really appreciate the instructions. Do you think using a metal washer would help add some strength or stability? What size drill bit do you recommend?

Honestly in my opinion the bolts are fine, no washer is required, and the drill bit I used was a 9/32, the strength is there, stability wise, the back feels a little more secure then front, but the front is definitely solid no doubt

Weather-Tech is supposed to have "bolt on" perfect fit flaps in January. I'm going to wait. SR5 with NO fender flares.

The permatex antiseize is what you used? The silver stuff with a brush or just the tube? Trying to think of what I could use. Funny enough I think I have some Zinka (white stuff surfers & lifeguards used on their nose in the 80s) thinking that would perform the same utility... or white lithium grease.

I used the permatex in the tube, anything that will transfer easily and wipe off will do, it's just what I had handy
