I'd pay 4-5k for that truck, 2k later and you got a nice rig.

Keep in mind that It has a SC , And depending the condition of the supercharger the SC alone is worth 2500 . But if it Needs a new engine and trans then you could spend up to 3500

4Runner Trail wheels and Toyo Open Country ATII tires 265-70-17. Cosmetic stuff like Pro grille and OffRoad black bumper trim, vinyl delete on side, added hood graphic, OEM tube steps.
I'd pass on that huge question mark of a truck at anything close to $5K.

Huge question mark is kind of hitting the nail on the head. While my family can fix whatever is wrong, we really don't know everything that is wrong so its hard to judge how much we will have to put into it. I guess my husband can just discuss it with her and mention the possibility of also maybe having to replace the tranny and other things and make her an offer. That's all he can do really I guess.

I purchased my rust free 147k mile 2004 ext cab TRD with a blown v6 for $500. I purchased & installed a salvage yard 69k mile complete engine for $1400 and that included shipping from Az. to me here in Md. The DC's are worth more and the super charger is nice but $5000 is a bit much for a blown up truck imo.
