My original leaves are pretty worn out and I bottom out frequently while driving on trails. I'm still figuring out what I'm doing with my truck as I may buy my dad's 2005 access cab with low miles.

Do any of you have an old set of leaves that aren't completely worn out? I'm just looking to buy some time right now until I decide what to do (my dad may buy a 2016 next spring, which would free up his '05 for me to buy).

I'm surprised nobody has answered this. There should be lots of guys in the bayarea who have replaced the stock leaves with a complete aftermarket set. I didn't go that route, though. I added a 3-leaf progressive add-a-leaf set to my stock leaf pack.

I have a set i took off my 07 dcsb but I'm two hours from Folsom In San Jose. I also don't know if they'll fit a first gen.

Full ome lift, nitro charger sports all 4 corners (rear shocks relocated), Dakar pack w/ AAL, 882 coils, diff drop, toytec 1" shackles, trail gear low profile front bumper, Tuff Stuff winch, bamf sliders, RAT skids, BAMF Bed Rack, Tepui Kukenam RTT, RAT rear bumper,
I too have a set. They aren't too worn out, probably do you fine for the next year. An small aal wouldn't be bad considering the shell and tools (you use it for work iirc). Yours for the taking if you want em'.

Sorry to thread jack but I'm also in the bay area looking for some 2wd (3 leaf) springs for a 97. My driver side is busted and I'm on a tight budget but I'll trade your favorite beer for your old pair. 4x4 might work for me as well.

Bump - I'm still looking for a good enough used set of 1st-gen leaf springs for my 2003 double cab 4x4. I'm unsure if leafs from an XtraCab fit (searching FSM).

I should be all set. I'll update the thread title on Saturday after a successful pick up.

    Thanks!

This probably won't help but my leaves will be up for grabs sometime in the spring. They'll have around 200,000 miles on them by then too...nice and broken in.

Thanks for hooking me up, Johnboy!

I installed a Fabtech AAL to your leaf pack, trimmed down the included center pins (about 4 inches too long!), swapped one leaf pack at a time.

I went from 33.85" (ground to bottom of flare) to 37.8"!!!!!!! My leaves were so worn out. I gained 4" from replacing the leaves and adding an AAL. (Tires are 265/75R16 KO2's).
