Front bumper DIY Blueprints!!

After searching for days I finally found a decent site with a nice bumper that sells diy bumper plans! Has anyone seen this brand? I may buy some and get it built. They only have 2 pictures of the bumper. Looks good but hard to tell without paint.

$500. Includes material.prints and paying shop to cut out.

 

That also includes paying a buddy to weld. Total material cost would be around 200-300

Nah it shouldn't. Buy the blue prints off the site. Bring to a local shop and email them. They will open the file on their plasma table. Cut out the bumper for around $200 with materials. You bring home and weld

 

Wow! Your truck looks great! What did you use to paint the front black or was it always black. Mine is chrome, I want to make it black.

 

Bumper is duply color semi gloss
Body and grille is "raptor guard"

 

Seen the site a while ago. Wonder if i could get away with doing all the cuts with nothing but an angle grinder or something. Nowhere around with a plasma or water jet table.

 

I have done that, my own design and cutting with an angle grinder and i can tell you that its absolute hell. if you can rent a plasma setup and do it yourself with that it will make life so much easier

 

Do you have any more pics of the bumper? A bottom view and side view would be great please!

 

Good looking bumper. I'm in search of a front bumper for my 1998. The toughy is, I need clearance to mount my Warn Powerplant. With a bit of work, this could work. Looking to mount the fairlead as low a possible for good pull angle. Cutting up the grill a bit to fit is an option.

 

I'd also like to see some more pics of this bumper!

 

Was it hard to weld up? Like to get all the fitment and angles right?

 

Id spend at least that much in grinding discs. King of the booger wells here.
