Why can't I buy a toyota tacoma limited blazing blue short bed in Canada?

    After looking at the toyota tacoma brochures and advertising, I see most pictures of the blazing blue tacoma double cab limited with the short box
    Now Canadian dealers tell me this truck is not available in Canada
    Is this not false advertising?
