I purchased a 30" light bar from Felix at TrekTRD
Felix was very helpful in the pre-purchase info, photos, mounting instructions. Good stuff and helpful.

I ordered my light, it arrived in a damaged box with not much internal packaging other than wrapped in bubble wrap. a 30" bar is long and not light. I reported the damaged box upon receipt to Felix, no delay.

As I have no knowledge of wiring 12V in a vehicle or wanted to open my dash, I took it to a professional installer. It looked great, it was fantastic, all the way up to the time it started to pool WATER on the Inside of the light bar.

Lots of emails with TREKTRD to find out, no refund, no replacement, no credit.
I have even offered to pay up to $60 for a replacement, to help defray any costs, but told the same. No replacement, no refund, no credit.

So while the bar looks great, it leaks.

Just wanted to share my experience on this product as well as the lack of warranty after the sales for things that in my case, arrived in a damaged box and reported such immediately.

This may just be my naivety that found me in this spot and I recognize that as well. I should remind myself, buyer beware and ask all the right questions of which I clearly did not so my bad as well.

But beautiful product if it did not leak, but now I am shopping for a replacement, but asking that question.. warranty coverage.

Does it still work? Maybe you could just seal it up?

I sealed it up with silicone
The packaging was very poor and inadequate

The vendor poor and lacks a lot and leave it at that

I would not recommend any purchase from this vendor as they don't stand behind what they sell. They take your money and that's it

Could you edit the the "TREKTRD" to TrexTRD?

Not because my OCD, but because someone may assume they're different people.
