According to the diagram, and everyone else's pics I've seen, the line coming out of the back of the reservoir should enter the right (driver) side of the intercooler. Mine goes into the other side. Would having these switched cause any problems? (Dealer installed)

    Lots baby!
Mine is installed per the diagram.

I also checked the install manual and it is the same as the diagram.

It would be easy to swap them out. You would loose minimal fluid.

I'm just wondering if it is cooling properly. I can't imagine an experienced Toyota tech not being able to follow basic instructions. Unless he knew it made no difference.

LOL.... the toyota techs dont know their head from their ass installing these things.

GO OVER IT WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB.

Buddy had his installed at a dealer in AZ when he bought his truck. Took 2 trips to the dealer to sort two separate issues with the install, not once did any dealer check the coolant.... then i come along at 40k miles and open up his coolant res, NO COOLANT... the fuse for the circulation pump had never been put in either so the pump had never run (probably a good thing), finally filled it with coolant at 40k miles so the innercooler could do its job.

I see that a lot in Toyota dealerships in my area...actually all dealerships. Seems to be a lot of turnover.
