    So, I have always wanted a Tacoma and I finally ordered one. Double cab trd off road in quicksand with premium and tech pkg. with JBL audio and really looking forward to its arrival.
    Just starting to explore this forum and taking in all the great information available as I want to get a suspension lift and new wheels and maybe some rock sliders for rocker panel protection.
    I live in so cal and like to hit the desert when I can and hoping to meet like minded enthusiast.
    Any suggestions on lifts and wheels or other nice upgrades will be appreciated as Im new to both of these things as the Tacoma goes.

    Thanks for the welcome to TW.... I will check out the so cal threads. was looking at the 3rd gen section and the first thread was about the auto tranny dislikes. Should i have ordered with a manual instead...? kind of has me worried now.
