Which are the most durable tires for city driving?
Which are the most durable tires for off-road driving?
Which are the most durable tires for 50/50 (between city and off-road) driving?

Just the essentials and no extra fluff.
I'm content with road tires lasting 40k. Any more than that and they're probably as hard as a hockey puck with traction to match. I took off my factory Rugged Trails with 15k miles and the tread was a little more than half gone. I have ST Maxx on now for about 5k miles, mostly paved roads, and they look new.

I have been reading and it appears that Cooper and Toyo tires are rated very high. Their All-Terrain and Off-Road tires cover most needs for city and off-road driving.
