Hey guys, just looking to install a simple USB adaptor to my 2007 pre-runner stock stereo, so I can play songs from my phone. Any recommended kits?

Get an aftermarket head unit. It will sound much better, you can get one with USB ports and Bluetooth and all kinds of cool shit. Those little adapters that plug into the cigarette lighter and play through the radio sound terrible. You could probably find a decent head unit for $100-200
