I was going to go with the jaybirds but the price was steep. I will never buy beats but I figured a knock off would be "ok". I like them so far but if they die, and I can't replace them, I will go with jaybirds.

They've got nothing on Jamie Eason...so fine:

Whenever I see someone with Beats I want to punch them in the face. I'm asking for these for Christmas. $40 on Amazon and they have 4.5 stars.

Their pre-workout sucks to me. Not strong enough IMO. The only ON product I wasn't impressed with

truu. I got some of the BPI 1MR Vortex pre-workout a few months ago just because it was B1G1 and it's terrible. I could take 2 scoops and go take a nap. Worst pre I've ever tried...but I couldn't turn down the deal lol

My goodness, you nailed it Zach. I had 3 scoops of the stuff and it didn't even touch me. Granted I'm almost immune to caffeine but yikes

Works for me but pretty sure I have a huge placebo effect with pre workout. Now I just buy the cheapest stuff I can find.

I haven't been to the gym since Thursday. It's weird. Been a long time since I've taken 3 straight days off. But, I got to where I didn't feel like going toward the end of the week, plus I've had a weird ache in my shoulder that started randomly while I was laying in bed one night. Figured I'd take 3 or 4 days off and let my CNS (and shoulder) recover a little. But I don't like it.

I had a small breakfast this morning (two eggs and toast). Well come 4pm I feel my stomach growling and it dawned on me I forgot to eat anything else. I had the tough decision of going to the gym hungry or getting some food, waiting an hour, and then working out.

I made a bad decision and downed some BCAA's. I got a few exercises in before I couldn't take it anymore and left early.

At home. Because I live like 2 minutes from Taco Bell. I typically only get it when I'm heading home. Haha.

Man, that is rough. I used to live by a fast food mexican place. It would take me 5 minutes to drive there, order, receive my food and be back home. NO CONTROL, I had it all the time. I have since moved to a place far away from fast food (far away being 5-7 minutes...because wyoming). Nothing is on my route home either. My fast food intake has significantly dropped.
