135 even I'd probably die. Trying to work my way up slowly without crippling myself at my age.

I have about 7 pair, but I had to buy a good amount of 36's lately. My 38 and 40 are huge on me now

That's why I always keep emergency shorts, socks, and a shirt in my truck. I've worked out in my work clothes before. Nothing like repping out some pull-ups in khakis and loafers lol. Excuses? Ain't nobody got time fo dat.

Killed backnbis last night. Chestntris today. Weighed in at 204 this morning. I finagled my diet a little bit yesterday b/c I was getting burnt out on some of the foods I'd been eating for the past 3 months and I also jumped back up to a 750 calorie surplus for the next 2-3 weeks. Gonna really try to get to 210 and then go back down to a 300-500 calorie surplus.

Haha I have jeans for school and old ones for working outside etc.
But the couple times I wore jeans working out I was dying, way too hot.

Did bi/tri yesterday, back/shoulders today. Sore after a sick week.

There is a guy at my gym that is clearly coming on his lunch break. Rolls up in his work truck and always has jeans on. He just takes whatever shirt off he is wearing to work that day to reveal his undershirt, which is always a sleeveless shirt. I guess he never has to worry about forgetting his gear, but I don't know how he does it in jeans everytime.

I forgot to tell y'all about witnessing the biggest douche I've ever seen in the gym yesterday. Back when I worked at the gym, this guy came in about once a week and only did chest and bi's. Well, I saw him in there yesterday and he was doing bi's and then went to the bench press. I heard him ask a guy to spot him because, and I quote, "I did chest yesterday and went home and watched some videos and wanted to try some new stuff." This mother fucker proceeds to bench press for like 30 mins! AFTER HE DID CHEST THE DAY BEFORE. When he walked in, he loaded 45's on the preacher curl bar and did flailing half reps for about 15 mins. My wife took my spot at the gym and is working there until she graduates next year and I was telling her about him and she was like, "oh my god, I hate that guy!" She said he still only comes in 1-2 times a week and ONLY does chest and bi's. She said he slams all the weights down and it got so bad once that she had to tell him to stop because he was on the pec-dec machine and would overload it and just let go at the peak so that the weights would slam down and the machine would start rocking. She also said the mother fucker came in once and didn't take off his sunglasses the whole time he worked out. Needless to say, we now call him Terminator. He also can't make it out of the parking lot after his workout vbefore he lights up a cigarette. This dude has to be in the running for one of the top 3 douches I've ever seen.

    1. I only workout for the sloots so chest and biceps everyday is all I need why are you mad bro?

    2. I didn't mean to slam the pec dec but I had a slight cramp in my pectoral major after my 30th rep so I had to let go of it and it made a loud bang. Front desk girl came over and offered to massage it and I said no. She got mad and ran off. (was that your wife?)

    3. I wear shades in the gym so I can look at the booties without looking creepy.

    4. I always smoke after I bust a nut whether it's cumming at home or cumming in the gym.

    Terminator out
