Connector for 3rd party backup camera

OVRLND Camper.

I'm looking to installing an ARE cap that has the "walkin door". This means that I would remove the tailgate. I'd like to get a 3rd party backup camera and the ESKY license plate camera looks good. But the connector wouldn't work with the Tacoma's connector. Is there a source where I can get the connector? Or will I have to cut the tailgate connector and splice it to the camera wiring? My guess folks who install bed extenders would also be interested in a 3rd party camera.
