    Cleaned out my throttle body today and my buddy Rafael discovered the 3inch hose that connects the Intake to the throttle body had been pinched when previously put back on. It was letting in far too much air into the motor. (Probably explains the extremely dirty throttle body as well). Going to try my luck with this and find out what my MPG is in the next few days.

    ~~~~~~~UPDATE~~~~~~~
    First I started out by changing the EGR valve and solenoid because it was tripping a light. After doing this, my gas mileage had absolutely no change. So I took that hit and moved on to my next solution. The 3 inch hose that is right in between the throttle body and the air intake was pinched so I went ahead and replaced that.
    At the same time I replaced the hose, I also put some injector cleaner in my fuel. I ran through the tank and a week later my gas mileage improved to a little better 15.3 Mpg. So between the injector cleaner and the hose I replaced it went up 2.3 mpg. I'm assuming the hose that was pinched was letting in a ton of air.
    The last thing I tried was using Ethanol-Free Fuel. To my surprise, this brought me up to 17.3 mpg. So I would certainly recommend using Ethanol Free Fuel.
    All-in-All though, These few small things got me and extra 4.4 mpg out of my truck. Though, if anyone has any more suggestions, I'm open to them.:bananadance:
    Surprised there was no CEL. If you check your fuel trim data, it was probably pig rich trying to compensate.
    Replace the PCV valve, thats why its so dirty.
    Gimme one more day to know for sure, BUT I'm pretty sure. I'm at 200 miles now and still have over a quarter tank to go.
    Yikes.
    Even on my worst tanks (winter gas, driving 1 mile to my daughter's school this never letting it warm up, etc) I'll be at 260 miles with a 1/4 tank to go.
    For my armor 2nd gen, 226-230 before the light turns on sounds about right. It sounds just about right for you as well if you have any armor. If you dont, my suggestion would be to check your air filter, PCV, spark plugs and clean out your MAF.
    I wish that was my problem. I replaced my pcv and hose as it was cracked but I'm still getting about 200 to the tank on my last 2 tanks. Haven't checked fuel trims since then but I bet I am still getting in the high 20's low 30's for Long Term. It also wasn't my exhaust leak I fixed before that.
    Change spark plugs, wires, change air filter, change fuel filter, use more injector cleaner, change fuel/air sensor if you're over 150k. I get about 17 max but stock trucks should get close to 20
