Sport shifting 1st to 2nd gear

Has anybody REALLY used their sport shifting ? When I redline 1st gear then shift to 2nd it seems to miss that shift for a moment , like it boggs down for a second and then finds 2nd gear and grabs it then takes off . It sounds like the engine recognizes it and doesn't rev up . I need to express that I am giving it a lot of foot , not flooring it but giving it some gas to see what it can do . Well past the break in period so she should be okay with my driving that way . I hear some shifting problems might be from factory installed fluid being low although regular drive with aggressive foot doesn't have any problem shifting . Anybody with same problem ?

 

Why give us the option of sport shifting then ? Have you tried the sport shifting mode , any problems ?

 

I put mine in 4th today while tooling around town. Shifted fine to me and I kind of like it.

 

Mine shifts like a pig when I use manual shifting. But then it is a truck after all.
