Has anyone bought the Black Badges from Toyota? They only have TACOMA badges not the V6 badge. Wanted to know if you were able to match the V6 badge color to the factory ones.
Not sure how they would hold up if I painted the chrome ones??

I bought the black badges a while back. I started by painting my stock badges but the paint is starting to chip and flake (I guess I'm not a good painter lol) so I said fuck it and bought the badges.

You are right that there is no black V6 available. I'll just be putting a black TRD badge where the V6 was. I haven't put them on yet and likely won't until spring.

I plastidipped mine. Pretty easy to do if you're in a warm/dry climate. Winter time not so much...
