After window shopping for the past 3 months I decided to go ahead and bite the bullet. I bought the halos that I've been wanting and decided to do the BHLM while I had the headlights apart.
Here is some of what I did. Any questions/comments/suggestions are appreciated. After all; this was a learning process for me. :)

Thank you, looks great. I couldn't use the blue around here though as it's reserved for emergency vehicles and volunteer firefighters on code calls.

Yea same here, I'm not allowed to drive with blue or red. But when I park I'm pretty sure I can have them on whatever color I want. I usually drive around with green and leave it on red when I'm parked at places.

I understand now, after reading up on them a bit I figured out that they can change colors. I have a LED whip that does that too. Uses a small RF remote control to make the selections.

I went ahead and purchased the Bluetooth remote when I bought these so I could connect to them with my phone. It's pretty nice being able to change them from and app.
