Cool. I'm going to try and combo it with my ARB CKMA12. Figure if it's slow to build the tale up I can always start running it few minutes before needing it, like running it as I'm coming off the beach so when I reach the road and park it be good to go. I would just like to find a clean spot in the cab for a pressure gauge, would like to know before I go to inflate that the system is working properly and I have a full tank of air.

What are you using the air for? A 1.5g tank will be little to no use for filling tires in regards to time saving.

Looking to fill the tires, mostly 20psi back to 40psi. The tank I'm looking at is 2.5gal. I'm not worried bout the time is takes to fill the tank, just looking to speed up inflating each tire. Right now I timed 20-40psi at about 2mins 5secs with just the compressor. If I can prerun the air into the tank with 150psi rating on the tank I would only need 80psi roughly. Is it that simple or am I missing something?

Filling a tire will blow through 2.5 gallons like it's nothing. You have to remember he volume of air you have in the tank (2.5) gallons vs the volume inside the tire. That tank is meaningless for filling tires unless you have a tank almost the same volume as a tire. If you're gonna run other stuff that you need a volume at a certain psi such as a shower or something the tank will be helpful but for just tires it won't help at all, might even slow you down because the compressor is trying to fill the tank, then the tire.

Also keep in mind that my compressor is almost on par with the arb twin so it can keep up with the air demand a little better than the small compressors

FrustrationFab hit the nail on the head. A tank won't help the tire inflating process speed.

Don't think so. Going to try and keep wheeling trips local since I can't take any time off work.

May check at O'Reilly in their agriculture depth the have a 31m AGM battery that seems to have similar stats. Read about it in @DoorDing build so maybe talk to him about it???

    Plus it is only $249

    Just something to consider

No problem. I just took the easy way out when battery called it quits a couple weeks ago.

Bought a duralast platinum in stock size.

So I guess that will be one more reason I won't be allowed at the cool kids table.
