Hey Micah @Downsouth Motorsports, these bumps and lowers are wicked! Thank you sir.

Time to troubleshoot as the front coil bucket gusset makes it really difficult to put the remote reservoir on top of the frame horn and still be able to use the clickers. Might have to take a little out of the front lip on that gusset.

How does Fox mount the RR up?
This is bringing back memories from a long night when we did mine.

Older picture but brackets are nearly identical. The bracket bolts in using the swaybar bolts under the frame horn and then pushes it up. We can get it up there without a problem, but it's nearly impossible to cycle the clickers due to the gussets. Solution coming soon.

Welding the rear frame box kit in from @jeffz0rz. Can't use the factory spare tire carrier with 35's and I have plans for something else in that space so after chopping that out, the kit fit perfectly. Thank you for a perfect kit, the great price, and the fast shipping. I get a real "warm and fuzzy" feeling knowing that the rear of the frame is boxed in now.

Getting alignment done in the morning. Needs an oil change and I have a new cabin air filter to stuff in it as well. The limit straps should arrive early next week which will be the perfect time to follow back up and do an inspection at Wolf Fab with it back on the rack. I don't know when the fenders will get here but when they do I will need to test fit them and make any adjustments needed to them and then take them to a friends paint shop. I'm not cool enough to run them in the white like all of you Cali guys.

@HIYota, Austin said to let him know when you are ready to do your cab mount chop. He also said that you don't need to order a chop kit as after seeing my plates he can just whip them out right there for you.

Austin has a toy of his own in the shop too.

Awesome !!!!! Always love seeing something I made, even if it's literally a piece of plate, on someone's truck. Thanks again for the business !

Did you watch the whole frame plating process? It appears that they didn't have much issue doing it with the bed on

When we planned we figured that we would have to raise the bed and drop the tank it after some test fitting we found that neither was necessary. Some cardboard in certain areas, moved the wiring harnesses out of the way, and chopped out the spare carrier. From there just cleaned everything up and burned them in.

When are you going to do yours?

Well its good to know I can do the work prior without removing the bed. I can always remove the rivets and clean the frame more when we pull the bed for the relocation

well it was exactly a month.. but received and 8hour install.. pay no attention to the chrome grill on a TRD Sport, I have my color match, I was using it as a guide for fit.

Truck looks awesome, I might have to get that contact info from you for Austin. Ive been wanting that boxed kit but without a welder and still kinda new to the st louis area I wasn't sure who would be able to tackle it for me. Plus maybe he might be able to help me with another idea seeing that rig of his

Also still want to link up with you some time so I can check out that flippac

About 100x more than the tin can they used to make the factory fenders. I am still playing with the fit though, it looks like they used a factory Toyota fender for the drivers side for the templet, but the passenger side is not so tight. but with a little more massaging I think they will work out great.

I threw some other oddball ideas at him - details yet to be revealed - and he rolled with them and even came up with a solution that I like better that will be sturdier and cost less.

I always get a kick out of seeing people's faces when they watch how easy it is to setup and take down the Flippac. Let me know when you want to check it out and we can get together. If you get on the calendar at his shop and let me know so I can come over to meet you and see your truck.

I just picked my fenders up this morning from the Greyhound Depot, I was shocked at how stout the fiberglass fenders are. Hoping to have them on in the next couple weeks. Looking forward to the extra coverage and room to work the LT.

I really want a set but need to figure out the snorkel deal first, I'm thinking the lines would be close enough to work with

That's what I am hoping for also, no way will the ARB ones work but I am thinking that the Airflow is possible with some massaging.
