No thanks! I was lucky enough to be foot mobile. I'd take my chances on the ground over being in a truck any day.

No, those arent bead locks on the rims. Most military vehicals use a 2 piece rim, you unbolt them and the 2 halves seperate for ease of replacement of tires, can you imagine a tire machine big or strong enough to install military tires!!! Most humvee's, MRAP, HEMITT, Etc have them.

They are a quickly deployable light weight vehicle. Saw some testing at the Yuma Proving grounds while working out there. The plates ARE manufacturer plates allowing them to drive on the street.

They are lightly armored to allow for maximum mobility and stealth.

Ok yes it has a headlock in it, but it is not exclusively for the beadlock like others were asking. The beadlock is a part of the overall rim and the design is for ease of tire replacement, hence the 2 part rim.

That's not a Toyota axle in the back, looks like a 1-ton chevy with smaller track... or a large African Land C. axle with some metal plates welded around the pumpkin... look at that frame looks reinforced...

You honestly expect a stock hilux frame and axle assembly to hold up to all that armour?

Near my hometown in UT they have an offroad shop I forget the name, but it's in Clearfield...they were building dune buggies for PJ's.
