I want to commend everyone here who had the will power to read the OPs post from start to finish. I got as far as:

    "I just replaced a transmission after I got a 2014 trd off road 4x4 6 speed"

My logic meter kicked in right after that and I was done.

    THIS!

AND THIS. This situation is already well beyond Judge Judy material, probably time to get Jerry Springer involved 'cause it sounds like someone is getting screwed here.

    look at my post https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/through-bearing-noise-squeak.393634/
i have 2014 as well. after toyota replaced the bearing only they must have used some heavy grease or something because its really slow to return when its cold. this is causing some clutch chatter when cold. i put about 10,000 on it and its still slow to return when its cold. now after driving for a hour or so i get a strange noise that sounds like a bad bearing. this noise is proportional to speed clutch in or out. ill be bring it in after the new year.
