    There's snow in the forecast this week so I'm planning on snow wheeling the weekend of Nov 21-22. Thinking to run Signal peak or Dear Valley...

    Dear valley trail is located north east of Truckee. Signal Peak is on the northern side of Donner pass.

    Signal peak is considered "difficult, not for stock SUVs" and Dear valley is considered "moderate" "with difficult side obsticles". There are endless easy trails in the area as well.

    That's closer than me! At this point, I'm joing up with a couple guys from ttora to run Eagle Lakes Sat morn (that trail starts at the same spot as Signal peak) near cisco grove.
