After installing the carrier bushing, replacing a driver side tie rod end and having my driver side upper ball joint replaced, I am now getting clunking noises from the front end primarily when turning wheel to the right while parking and at low speed. I know I should get an alignment done but I'm not entire sure that this would fix it. Its more of pop than it is a clunk, anyone know what it might be?

Check the upper and lower control arm bushings on the right side.

Could it possibly be the intermediate steering shaft or steering rack guide?

I'm getting the same noise after I took apart the assembly to put on spindle gussets. I think it could be my CV because it also happens when I droop out like when dropping off of a curb. Do you have any aftermarket stuff OP?

Definitely recheck your work, every area which you worked on. This is why I am a fan of checking everything once over to make sure it's tight, and if I ever doubt myself I'll go back over it one more time just to get the doubt out of my mind.

Yeah, I know everything is tight, I've double checked everything on a lift also but just haven't started taking stuff apart yet...
