Thanks again for everyone that came out. Had a blast and we only had a few sketchy moments in the mud and luckily no trail damage for anyone. Perfect day for wheelin as nobody was on the trails and we pretty much had the park to ourselves. "Who would be crazy enough to go out in this cold anyway?"
Feel kinda bad about the miscommunication with those that camped out. Hoped we could have hung out with them a bit, but it seems that everyone ran off in different directions. :notsure: Either way, glad we got to see everyone and had such a good turnout.

Looks like you guys had a rad time, bummed I missed it.

I was hoping to get your guy's opinion on where I could possibly go with some buddies (non taco owners) for some trails like this. Based out of the San Fernando Valley and not looking to travel more than a few hours.

As long as they aren't in cars, go to Gorman. If they can keep from spinning the rear tires like crazy and burying it, they can do a lot of loops in a 2 wheel drive with a little clearance.

Brought some Gorman back to LA. That mud was like concrete.

Haha! I hosed some off of my truck today too, an it came off surprisingly easy using a high pressure attachment on my garden hose. I didn't do it all because it supposed to rain tonight into tomorrow and I figured that would soften the rest and make it easier to remove once its all moist...

So I came out today after it lightly rained all night and I found most of the mud was practically melting off my truck. There are now 4 small piles of mud in my driveway where each of my wheels were parked. Haha!
