Hi just came across this post, thought i would add my two cents from back when i was in shape.

ACV is great as a diuretic, as well as full of enzymes and beneficial organisms to cleans your liver and kidneys, as well as help reduce candida from your digestive tract. I had the same issue with keeping it down. I would get one of these shakers from Walmart. I then mixed the whole bottle with a whole jar of RAW UNFILTERED, UNPATURIZED honey. It helps wit the flavor.

The honey is full of immunity boosting properties, as well as minerals and vitamins. It may be solid at room temperature, so put the jar in boiling water to liquify it. Then if you need more sweetness to counter the bitterness, just add some stevia for sugar free sweetening.

Youll find it much more agreeable. I would keep this whole thing in the fridge, take a swig in the morning, before a workout, and usually with meals.

Well, I actually like doing legs, so I was kinda pissed that I missed it. I do, however, hate cardio and will do anything to avoid it and that's what I ended up doing yesterday. I think that covered me until about June though, so that's good. Leg day today, no matter what! (I'll also probably hit some arms so I can get a good pump for my bulking picture  )

Damn. I got 11 today. I started out with 10 reps of 135 then did 11 of 225. I was disappointed. I think I can get more next leg day. I was just in a funk today.

That'a girl. I could of easily hit 20 reps if I didn't max out on 355. I'd say 22-25. For sure not 30...

    Hell yeah man!

Work on the deadlift and squats they'll come easier than bench...

Yup really need to start using the dreadmill some more. I'm pretty active in the warmer months doing yardwork and swimming. I ride my bikes a lot but this year was more about remodeling my kitchen..i might start racing again next spring.
