My buddy has a Procharger that was bought for an eclipse. He told me that as long as I can find a place on my block to mount it, where it reaches the serpentine belt, it will work. Besides from the programming aspect, does this sound reasonable? I am very skeptical that there is even a place, with enough room, to bolt it on.

    Custom piping is a given.

    Thanks,
    Kody

Basically similar to the URD Rotrex s/c kit. There was a member on XRU some years ago that installed one in the similar location to URD's.

What you would have to do is make sure it is the right size for your engine.

I've seen some crazy custom blower setups so anything is possible. It all depends on how many bags of $$$ you're willing to throw at your truck.

For example, I've seen a blower mounted on one side of the engine bay.....and it spun a "go-kart" axle which extended the width of the engine bay so it can connect to the drive belts. Unorthodox but still worked.

To follow what the Lobster said, you'll need a few precision-measured custom one-off brackets to make all this work. Everything needs to be aligned and centered and cannot introduce any wobble-effect.

With that said, you'll probably be better of selling the Pro-Charger for $$$ and use the funds for a URD kit.
