Like the title said.. yesterday, coming back from vet for my dog checkup. Going nice on counrty road and sight curve section. The other guy started drifting into my lane. On the far right off the shoulder, an old man walking. Then i had very little room and time. Made a fast dash off the shoulder and hit gas to make a quick turn into left forcing like jackknife movement to avoid the car. The f***king fool was kept going on into my lane. Made a hair rub on flair on driver side. He kept on going, never stops. The old man watched the whole thing unfold. No dents just look like a branch stratch on platic flair. Damn lucky he is not hurt or myself either. It could have been worst.
Plan to get a dash cam. Enough of these dicks on the roads that cant drive for crap.
Yeah i should have call the trooper but the action went soo fast. Never saw the plate. And hardly a stratch and can be buff out.

Man that sucks, people are morons. I was driving on a gravel road last night making my way home, and this grandma didnt have her lights on, and we both came over a hill at the same time. Talk about sketchy!

That was awful rude of you. You probably distracted that poor guy as he was texting, with all your evasive maneuvers.

sounds like this prick was texting or on his phone I bet. Drifting out of his lane is a classic symptom.

I know the feeling. I get sick and tired going around a right curved bend just to have somebody else come in the opposite direction on my side of the road. Had it happen this morning and the a**hole didn't even bother to move back into their own lane.

Just had had a flashback to this past summer when I had to lock up the brakes while towing my boat when a jackass slid over the yellow line going around a sweeping turn. Guardrail on the shoulder and on coming traffic in the other lane. Thankfully he missed me by 15 ft or so with both of us going ~50 mph.

Any further details how you wired this, did you tap into the overhead console wiring? I'm thinking of doing this myself.

I'm with you buddy. I don't think you picked up on the sarcasm in my previous post. As Leggo said, based on the fact that he swerved into your lane, it sounds like a classic case of someone either texting, or buying something on Amazon while driving.

That's one thing these days that drives me insane. Someone (and there are a lot of these people) could potentially kill my whole family because they are too self absorbed to wait until they get home to send LOL's to their BFF.

It sounds like you did a great job avoiding the A-Hole. And probably saved a life or two.
