I had an undercover SE cover before but it wasn't high enough for me. When I couldn't even get one of my large coolers under that thing I decided it was time for a shell. I looked around and decided to give Jason shells a shot, mainly because I didn't want to pay over $2K for one of these( ie: Leer, ARE, Snugtop). I almost bought used and had it painted but the price was never right, and the one time it was the seller sold it to someone else before I could get to him (someone on this board bought it from him, LOL). Long story short I had to go the new route if I didn't want to wait a year to get one. So I ordered this from a local shop, with windoors, a cargo net on the ceiling, a LED light and folding front window. The cap itself was not that bad, but the windoors added almost $300 to the total price. I ended up paying a little over $1700 out the door with tax and installation. Not GREAT considering there were several for sell used for $900 to $1000, but all of those were over 15 hours away from me. I am happy with the shell and am glad I got it with these exact options I wanted. This thing will be put to good use!

Congratulations on a great looking shell. Although I am not familiar with the Jason brand I really like it, especially the windoors. Wish my shell had them. Very handy for retrieving items up near the cab that are hard to reach from the tailgate.

Thanks. Those windoors have already proven to be worth the extra cost! :)
