    2003 Green Tacoma 4cyl Ext. cab 4x4
    Factory replacement frame
    Greetings everyone,

New to the forums and was looking for some advice. I have a green 2003 4cyl 4x4 extended cab Tacoma and Toyota replaced my frame earlier this year under the recall. I tried to get them to buy it out considering I had 240k miles on it but they wouldn't budge.

Since I got the new frame the rear end is WAY too bouncy. I can't even drink my coffee while driving down a paved road! It actually hurts my back after extended driving and my poor 15 month old daughter gets jostled all around in the baby seat. (air bag off, of course!)

I went back to the dealership to see if there was anything they could and they said there wasn't, they said they used new leaf springs and they are stronger than the original leaf springs it came with which causes the extra bounce. All the did was deflate my tires and little and try to assure me it would solve the problem. Yeah, NO.

They did put new shocks on for me but they don't help.

I'm concerned it may be a safety issue, any suggestions?
