I have LR UCAs on my 2013 with 3inch Toytech level kit.
IDK why, but I am eating up upper ball joints.

in 36k miles I have gone through 3 sets, and the current set I am on is showing a little wiggle already. Just replaced the front shocks.

Running 285/75/r16 tires on 16x8 -25mm offset to clear UCAs.

IDK what else to do, wtf can be causing this?

I would suggest lowering down the ride height up front just a tad if you can. And if you do get another set of replacement ball-joints, try to pre-pack the boots with a good quality grease like SuperLube so that when the ball joint is installed it will help to push grease into the joint and extend the longevity of the joint.

Thinking that may be the next path, however these ballj oints are not greaseable. Fully sealed units. Anyway around that?

If I go through another set, I'm going uniball and ending this madness lol.

Just got in touch with SPC, they make a brand new grease-able ball joint for this set up and are sending them to me now!! Going to get the SuperLube grease and pack these bastards full!! SO MUCH WIN!

So I JUST discovered from Toyota at my oil change this morning that my LR UCA have a LOT of play in them, especially the drivers side. I've emailed SPC, would calling them be more effective perhaps? Same issue as stated above

I would suggest calling, it helped me out the most.
