Hey guys, looking for some help form some of the retrofitters. I have done several retrofits on my own vehicles in the past and not had too many issues. This setup, while great is causing me a problem that I am hoping there is a simple fix for.

I performed the retro exactly the way everybody else has but I am running out of adjust up and down. My beam output is hitting the pavement approximately 25-30 feet in front of the truck which is causing a safety concern as I have no problem over driving the headlights now. Light out put is level on both projectors but I cannot adjust either one of them any further up.

    PLEASE HELP!

    Thanks in advance - Andy

Sounds like you stripped the plastic adjuster mounts

So I have been informed by multiple sources that when using anything other than OE housing that you can run into this issue because the castings of each part are not the same as the manufacturer. what I am going to do this weekend while on Vaca is to swap the new Depo lens with the OE housings and redo to retro into the OE housing and then install the Depo lens on the them and see how that tunrs out. Will keep you posted
