Maybe someone can help point me in the right direction..

I traded my diesel for this truck and the TO bearing has been chirping at least since last year and I can deal with the chirping I just don't want to hurt my trans.

So what do I do, Clutch is still good but if the bearing has been chirping this long and its worn grooves into the shaft even if I sleeve it I will get the same chirping eventually right?

How do I go about making sure the trans lasts along time because I love this truck and plan to drive it for along time. And the more I read into this subject the more confused im getting.

Mine has been chirping since it had 20k on it now at 230,000 i want to install the URD kit but the clutch wont die. It slides right over the quell has new throw out bearing. The quell is a lot softer than Toyota anticipated the throw-out bearing just wears a grove and settles into it. this kit will repair it.

Wow that's good to know, I just took my quad and a trailer with a side by side by side on it to Idaho and truck ran great. if yours has been chirping for 210,000 miles I wonder why people are so die hard to fix it when it starts chirping saying its going to blow the bearing.

Ok... So I bought the TSK and now I'm deciding on what clutch kit to get, I just want a stock replacement because I use the truck as my daily driver mostly. What do you guys recommend?
