BUY THEM. I just bought a pair for my brothers GMC and for my Tacoma when I get home from England. My bro installed his already and he said they make a world of a difference.

It's actually really easy. On the back of the headlamp assembly there are two adjustment screws (you can use your thumb even). I usually just find a back of a store or something at night, mark with tape a little + for both lights. Back up about 25'. Drivers side make it in the lower right quadrent, the pass side can be lined up directly onto the center of it's side. It's no official procedure but I've yet to get flashed.... (though I'm only running silvanias, had to re-adjust after BHLM).

DDMTuning.com is much cheaper and if I remember correctly, slimcubby's provider does not offer life time warranty. You deal directly with DDMTuning.com and no need for a middle man.

I was in the same boat awhile back, but I just kept saving and bought my suspension! It was definitely worth it! Now that I got the most expensive thing outta the way, I started saving for all the little stuff now, like HID's! haha

Probably because there is not much talk about DDM on here, DDM is a BMW shop.
