I have a 2013 Tacoma and I'm considering switching out the stock head unit for a Kenwood DDX9902S. I'm wondering if I switch it out if it will effect any of my trucks settings. Headlights or anything like that.

The only thing it will affect is steering wheel controls. Crutchfield.com should have all the adapters for what you need.
