    So....Buffed out some scratches yesterday, so I decide to take advantage of what will probably be the last decent day before winter sets in. It's 63 degrees, wind blowing, and this mornings rain is out of the picture.... Time to slap a coat of wax on the Taco! My wax can is ALMOST empty, so I decide to take the time to go get another just in case I run out before finishing. Turns out there was enough. So I have NEXT years wax put away in a nice warm shop where it won't freeze. I get all the truck covered with wax, then start polishing.....when I feel rain drops. Panic mode kicks in. I had a tractor in the shop, where the truck usually sits. Tractor out, truck in! And of course, by the time I'm done with the wax, the sun is out. At least the truck is waxed.

    It was 72 Saturday, 70 yesterday, rained this morning. Wind blowing 35mph now. 3 days from now they're calling for low 20's at night. Winter is almost upon us.

    But the truck shines, so all is well!
