supercharger, 3inch lift, Doug thorley long tube headers and Magnaflow pro series off road exhaust. urd 2.55 pulley, ucon ems, upgraded urd fuel pump, urd seventh injector system, 61lb mulit-fuel fuel injectors, and AFE cai.
so i have had my Doug thorley long tube headers on for several years and just recently i have gone through a set of header gaskets and gasket rings. i got them fixed the first time and then everything was good and then about a week later i heard the leaking sound coming from not the driver side but the passenger side, so i took it back to the shop and now it was the header gasket rings and not the header gasket. got that fixed and then a couple of days later i can hear that dam leaking sound again. is there some king of header gasket and rings that i can install that will have longer life on my truck? i do have a stage 3 urd supercharged truck, so the big c38-91 urd supercharger, 800cc injectors, cat-less exhaust, smaller 70mm pulley, upgraded fuel pump, etc.....

Get the heavy duty collector gaskets from URD. They work much better than stock.

Looks like you've got a nice bit of power under the hood. :D

From personal experience, you will end up blowing through gaskets when you already have a tweaked connection causing a leak. It's fine for a few days because the gasket is new, but once the exhaust finds a spot that is more exposed to air, it will eat through the gasket. When you connect your headers to your Y pipe, does everything line up without any force? If you have to force it, then that's probably going to be the issue. Easy fix is to add in a flex section.
