I'm also in the Boca Raton/Coconut Creek area ... just went to JW Corbett this past weekend (First Time), so If you ever think of an other meet up add me to the list.

 

How was it? I heard it can be very wet there lol

 

Depends on the area... There was a couple spots we had to turn around because the mud was way too soft and some spost can't really tell how deep it is. We where there for a few hours exploring. I don't really have good tires to go offroafing yet... So we played it safe.

There was dry and Sandy a areas that we had no problem trailing thru and had some fun spinning around.

It was fun... I would do it again but I rather with a group... Not alone... you know just in case you need help.

 

I would totally go sometime but i have to be careful I have a 5 lug (2wd open diff) although my tires do dig though lol

I also got plenty of recovery gear

 

Understandable... I need some gear my self. So look forward for the next meet near us. Cypress looks nice... But it is way too far..

 

I would suggest going to the annual meet in FEB it is pretty North but it should totally be worth it. I want to also go before then to warm up >__<

Especially since my lift is being finished today

 

Corbett is fun...if you're running down trail 6, you should take the bypass to get to the fun sections. The group meet we did was down trail 6...where all the photos were taken.

Set up a meet. Post here, and in the other Florida Threads. Just give everyone enough time to get off work and make plans. I've found that Sunday is usually a good day for others if you want a larger turnout.

That would actually be awesome cause it gives me time to load the boy and the wife into the truck and hopefully not forget anything. Most of the truck should be loaded up the night before but just in case, I always remember something last minute. One of these times I go on a trip I will start a list of things I need to take, but my luck I would forget where I put the list. Will you be taking 95 or the turnpike? I am closer to the turnpike but 95 is just down the road too. We can try to coordinate a meet point on either one or you can stop at my house, which ever you like. You could consider it a pee break if you stop at my house. Let me know which so I can give you my addy and number.
