Man, I like leather (or vinyl, Softex, anything but cloth) for outdoor activities, kids, dogs, sloppy passengers (and me) dropping their McDonalds french fries and cheeseburgers on the seats. A damp cloth wipes it clean in seconds.

Katzkin seems like a great product, they can be ordered with the LiquiCell gelpak inserts which I think are great, others may consider them just a gimmick.

The Limited seats look pretty nice, but the Katzkins added to a cheaper model are an alternative.

I priced the Katzkins for a Double Cab here https://www.autoseatskins.com/ShoppingCart.asp? $1138 with the LiquiCell front seats and full leather. I guess the 'Standard' option the rear seats are not full leather, 'Standard' option would be $988.

I am having leather added to my 16 sport dc in the next cpl weeks. Done through the dealer and intalled by Classic Soft Trim. You pick color or 2tone. Stitching color and piping if wanted. Can also get embroidering done if you want. I may get TRD in headrest. Dealer gave me basically his price. 1100 installed

Why only brown? They should have offered black also. All the other models come with 2 choices

wish new Tacoma offered black leather in the Limited...I would have got that over my sport. They need to compete against the Canyon's SLT....the black leather/power seats are "sweet"!!!

I agree. I don't understand why they wouldn't have two color options.

I'm loving the leather in my Limited. The seats are very comfortable even for long distances in the saddle. Much preferred over whatever that sport fishnet crap was in my 2014.

I just ordered a set for my 2013 Baja. If you get dealer installed leather, this is likely the company that provides it. The set I ordered is two-tone, has perforated seating areas, accent stitching, and a "TRD Off Road" logo in matching thread. I also ordered seat heaters, and everything was about $1000. You can install it yourself with an inexpensive install kit or have a shop do it for a few hundred dollars.

John's website is down, but he has been very easy to work with. The above thread has lots of pictures of the custom possibilities, including several brown leather versions.
